Do I have to be contracted through Stone Hill National to be able to participate in the program?
Yes, agents that are accepted into the program must be able to be released from existing relationships and contract through Stone Hill National.
Is there a contract that I have to sign?
Yes, each participant must sign an agent agreement form to participate.
What constitutes a bad lead?
Bad leads are leads where the phone number is bad or wrong number. A bad lead is also someone that says they have already been contacted by multiple agents. Another bad lead is one that cannot be contacted after 10 days of consistent effort.
Who orders the paramed exams?
You as the agent order the exam. The software that is used in the sales process goes directly to two vendors that we use and orders using the information that is already on file. It is very easy.
How do I get status on my cases?
Case status comes through the software program. Agents are always welcome to email or call case managers with questions.
How do I determine which states to be licensed in?
Stone Hill National with work with you directly to determine which states are available and together you will decide on those
states.
What is my contract or commission level?
Stone Hill National has very competitive contracts with most 20 year term policies being paid between 90 and 100% of premium,
less any applicable policy fees. Agents are appointed directly with the carriers and are paid by the carriers.
Can I get annualization?
Stone Hill National will allow annualization to agents participating on the program. Not all carriers annualize, but Stone Hill with provide it wherever possible.
Is there a way to stop the lead flow?
Yes, the lead company has a micro-site set up for each agent in which they can pause or stop leads and start them again. Other requests can be made directly with the lead company.
Can I work out of my home?
Absolutely! This program is designed to be able to be done from the home or office.

How long is the typical sales process?
Just like most fully underwritten life policies, this number can vary tremendously. Three weeks to eight weeks is very typical. Non-med policies can be more quick.
Is there training involved?
Yes, we have a mentor and a phone script to help. There can be one on one training in addition to regular conference calls and webinars to help. The sales software representative will provide training on the use of their software.
How am I billed?
Billing is done directly with the lead company and software vendor direct. You may work out payment arrangements between credit card, bank draft etc.
What is the average size premium?
The average has been around $860 per case over all time. Most recently is has been higher.
