This unique sales program is a turn-key program to help you get to the next level of production. The one thing we hear over and over is that if agents had more people to see, they could sell more business. The problem has been, how do I get in touch with more people?
The other problem that frequently comes up is that agents hate to travel. Agents are tired of racking up miles in cars only to get stiffed on an appointment. Or increasing travel costs with hotels etc for extended stays.
A Solution
We have solved these problems. This is an online-lead program in which a qualified interested buyer is online, searching for information on life insurance and requests a quote. Because they are online leads, our agent get these leads real time same day and often within a couple of minutes of the prospect clicking for the information. It gets better. The leads are also exclusive, meaning the lead company is not selling them to 10 other agents. The leads are coming only to you. The business is transacted entirely over the phone and internet. You may have to mail policies to prospects, but the driving time is over!
We combine a state of the art software platform and these exclusive leads to create the perfect selling system. We require our agents to purchase a minimum of 25 leads per week, and most are ordering 35 and more.
Costs
The largest cost to the program is your time. We are not looking for part timers. This program requires an agent that is willing to be at his phone and desk for three to four hours each day.
We have negotiated some of the most competitive "exclusive" lead costs, with the most generous return policy in the country. Stone Hill does not earn any royalty on the leads. We pass the negotiated savings directly to you.
Expectations
For those who are accepted into the program, they are given the opportunity to be trained by a mentor who has successfully been doing the program for 2 years and knows the ins and outs of the sales program. This may be one of the greatest values and tools to our participants.
For every 25 leads an agent receives, we typically see 4-6 applications per week. The average case size is around $860 annually which averages to about $12,000 to $20,000 of submitted premium per month. This alone creates a great revenue stream for those we choose to be on the program.
