TOP AGENT CONTRACTS
Medicare regulates Advantage plan payment levels to agents based upon each state. Medicare Supplements and our ancillary plans have great compensation levels to the agent. We are always looking to find the best contracts and payouts to those agents who excel at their profession. While we do have agency contracts available, in our mentoring program we are looking for street agents who are interested in personal production to work this special program. We are also providing specialized tools to individuals who enter this program as part of the sales and education process. As a top producing FMO, we are also working with carriers to test new marketing models, allowing the individual producer to work more efficiently and write more business. These pilot programs are unique to Stone Hill.
