MENTORING PROGRAM
While we understand that a select few agents around the country may already have figured out a sales process that works for them, we also understand that there are many agents who would really like some help in stepping up their game.
We are looking for agents who are already experienced with Medicare and love the market they serve. They are ethical and are accustomed to working hard to attain excellent results. They are self-disciplined and highly motivated to set and accomplish personal goals. These agents love their independence and are confident in setting their own agenda, but are hungry for knowledge and direction. They are teachable.
The Mentoring Program has been designed for agents who really want to work hard and increase their sales dramatically. This will be your singular sales focus as you will have little time for anything else. In this program you will learn when the best time is to mail out leads and what you should be able to expect for returns. When should you call the lead? How often? How many times? What do you say when calling? When and how do you follow up? Sometimes you may find you are able to sell over the phone, while other times you will need to put on some road miles. It is all about consistency and following the path to success.
