EXCLUSIVE TERRITORY
By analyzing each state or geographical territory, we have determined just how many agents a particular region or area can support using our program. We will only work with agents who are committed to owning their particular spot on the map. We will be flexible as to the boundaries of regions that you cover, as you know your space better than we do, but we may also ask you to step it up and cover areas you hadn't thought of. We frequently find that certain areas will have a higher success rate than expected.
For all of us to win in this endeavor, there is no point to us oversaturating the market and having agents become disenfranchised with our program. We know it will take both time and effort to build a territory and we want to work to see each agent succeed. Your success is ultimately what earns us our income too. We will be just as committed to your goals, as we expect you to be, and we are here to provide the guidance, direction, and instruction necessary to make that achievement possible. We know that if you are happy and earning great commissions, we will be happy with the results as well.
